Refund Policy

At LaptopRefix.com, we are committed to delivering quality educational content. However, due to the digital nature of our video courses, we follow a strict no-refund policy under normal circumstances.

1 No Refunds After Purchase

  • All sales are final once the payment is completed.
  • Since course access is granted immediately, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of usage, or user error.

2 Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payments due to a technical error
  • Inability to access the course due to platform issues (not user-side internet or device problems)
  • Accidental purchase of a wrong course (only if not accessed)

All refund requests must be sent to aleantoe5@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and must include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email used for purchase
  3. Payment proof/transaction ID
  4. Clear reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

3 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
